Join Us in Celebrating the Comfort Keepers National Day of Joy!
At Comfort Keepers, we embrace the idea of elevating the human spirit every day. Joy is an emotion that has resonated with adult children, caregivers, and seniors. We recognize that helping people experience joy is what you are looking for when hiring a caregiver. By spreading love, purpose, connection and hope, we can make the world a more joyful place!
“At Comfort Keepers of Northern Lower Michigan, we believe that no matter someone’s age, experiencing daily moments of joy is critical for maintaining physical health, mental health, and overall well-being,” said Leslie Knopp, co-owner. “As results from the National State of Joy survey make clear, the seniors we serve want the same opportunities for joy and happiness that we all do. At Comfort Keepers, we understand this, which is why we focus on doing activities with our clients that bring them happiness, from listening to music to baking cookies to reliving family stories.”
Please join us for the Comfort Keepers Day of Joy THIS Wednesday, JUNE 26th! We will be serving Starbucks coffee from Northwestern Michigan College and donuts from Peace, Love and Little Donuts of Traverse City at our office - 1107 E Eighth Street from 7am - 9am! This event is open to the public!
Free Ice Cream for seniors, served from an old-fashioned ice cream truck:
